This group of mostly-moms meets weekly to run, walk, and strength train in beautiful Balboa Park and surrounding areas.
MEETING DATES/TIMES: Every Saturday from 10:00-11:30 am.
LOCATION: on Saturdays we typically meet in and around Balboa Park, including the local trails. Most days we meet at the NE corner of Balboa and Burbank, in the grassy area behind the golf course, but if you're new to the group contact Team Leader, Karen, to confirm location.
FEE: We base our program on a 3 month fee cycle because we want you to commit to your health for the long term. We also participate in local races and events that require multiple weeks to properly prepare and train.
CULMINATING EVENT: We will train for the Love Run 5K/10K on June 3.
$160 per quarter (3 months) includes all Saturday workouts. Join any time, we will prorate the season for new members only. Or join for the rest of 2018 for $400 and save $80.
