What is WE FIT MOMS? WE FIT MOMS offers exercise groups for women throughout Los Angeles. We have locations in Griffith Park, Encino, and Silverlake. Each location has a unique format and pricing structure so choose the location nearest you to see if it fits with your schedule. Our teams extends beyond fitness. We also host social events, volunteer in our community, and offer moms a place to recharge and connect with others.
What should I bring/wear to a workout?
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and shoes.
A digital watch (any model/brand) is a great idea for our workouts though your phone will work too. GPS watches are great, but not required.
Bring water that you can carry with you
A mat, towel or blanket for post workout stretching
a hat and sunblock, especially during the hot summer months.
Do we bring our kids?
No. Our workouts are designed to help moms carve out time for themselves to meet their fitness goals. Most workouts are not suitable for children or strollers - however we do have an occasional family friendly workout.
Do I need to be fit to join?
We welcome women of all fitness levels. Our Saturday groups welcome walkers and runners. The coaches will modify workouts to meet your fitness level and will help you meet your goals.
Do I have to be a mom to join?
No. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to join. You do not need to be a mom to join - but keep in mind that most of our members are moms so we tend to talk a lot about our kids!
What if it rains?
All our groups meet rain or shine. We're moms, we're used to tough conditions. Only in the case of extreme weather or air quality conditions that could pose a risk to our safety would practice be canceled. When possible, we will relocate practice.
