RSVP for the next Valley Team workout
WHERE: We typically meet throughout the San Fernando Valley to run, walk, or hike.
We are very sensitive to local regulations. Our already small team will be breaking into smaller groups so as to maintain social distancing and to not overwhelm the trails. We require face coverings.
Later in the season we will add cross training options such as biking, yoga, Pilates and more
Space is extremely limited so please RSVP to reserve your spot at which time you will get details about the location.

WHAT TO DO/BRING/WEAR
Download and complete the health history form, general liability waiver and COVID-19 waiver before your first practice.
Wear comfortable shoes and athletic clothes. Bring water to carry with you. A digital watch is also recommended.
