Spring Season is April 5 to June 29. *we divide our year into four seasons that last approximately 3 months each KICKOFF:Come check out our first workout of the season for free. See what We Fit Moms is all about!
WHEN: Saturday, April 4, 7:30am-9:30am. WHERE: Mineral Wells Picnic Area. Griffith Park. WHAT: Join our hike or run groups for 1 hour workout followed by a short strength and yoga workout (bring a mat or towel). Join any time! Just reach out through the website so we can tell you where we will be! WHAT:

WHERE: We hike or run the trails, roads, and open spaces of Griffith Park, as well as surrounding areas like Brand Park, the Hollywood Bowl, Lake Hollywood and more.
We meet in different locations to access a variety of trails. When you register for your free workout below you'll receive an email with our next meeting location. We will culminate with a special hike/run at Vasquez Rocks on Saturday, March 29 WHO:Our team is for women of all fitness levels. You don't need to be a mom (but you do need to listen to us talk about our kids).
Workouts are not appropriate for children or pets. FEES:Full Season (12 weeks) is $160

ABOUT COACH LUCIE
Lucie founded We Fit Moms (formerly Moms In Motion) in 2007 when her daughter was just 2 years old. She has cherished her Saturday mornings with the team for 17 years. She is a marathon runner and works closely with events like the Los Angeles Marathon, Pasadena Triathlon, and the Laguna Hills Half Marathon. She loves the outdoors, animals, and coffee! Lucie coaches Griffith Park along with hike leader Kristen and yoga instructor Hillary. |
