We Fit Moms is a fitness team that meets in Griffith Park on Saturday mornings. Since 2007, we've been running, hiking, practicing yoga, and helping our community through charity and volunteering.  Come see what makes our team so special by registering for a free workout below! 

WHEN: 

Saturday Mornings 7:30am to 9:30am
Current Season is January 14 to April 8.
​*we divide our year into four seasons that last approximately 3 months each

WHEN: Saturday, Jan 14 at 7:30am

WHERE: Merry Go Round Lot 2, Griffith Park.

WHAT:

We meet at 7:30am and after a quick warm up, we head out onto the trail or road lead by our hike and run leaders.

HIKE COURSES are usually 3-5 miles. Hikes include some elevation (we build mileage through the season so don't worry if you're new to fitness or just getting back into a routine). Trail or hike shoes are recommended. Carry water with you. Some courses are on fire road but occasionally we go into more technical trails. Hiking poles are optional. 

RUN COURSES are either on road or trail. We build mileage through the season so don't worry if you're new to running or just getting back into it. Road or trail shoes and a water bottle are recommended.

POST WORKOUT we will have a strength, yoga, and/or stretch session and announcements with the all important, coffee and refreshments!


WHERE: 

 We hike or run the trails, roads, and open spaces of Griffith Park, as well as surrounding areas like Brand Park, the Hollywood Bowl, Lake Hollywood and more. 

​We meet in different locations to access a variety of trails. When you register for your free workout below you'll receive an email with our next meeting location. 

WHO:

Our team is for women of all fitness levels. You don't need to be a mom (but you do need to listen to us talk about our kids).

​Workouts are not appropriate for children or pets. 

FEES:

Full Season (3 months) is $160 
Early bird discount is $145 if paid by January 21.

SEASON FEE INCLUDES:
* Weekly coached run and hike workouts plus strength and yoga
​* Training program to help reach our team goals for the season

* monthly yoga in unique locations
* Optional social events and out of area activities
* Suggested training schedule for all levels 
* Community outreach/philanthropic events
* Access to coach for custom programs and questions

ABOUT COACH LUCIE

Picture

Lucie founded We Fit Moms (formerly Moms In Motion) in 2007 when her daughter was just 2 years old. She has cherished her Saturday mornings with the team for 15 years. She is a marathon runner and even works with events like the Los Angeles Marathon, Pasadena Triathlon, and the Laguna Hills Half Marathon. She loves the outdoors, animals, and coffee!

Lucie coaches Griffith Park along with hike leader Cathy and yoga instructor Hillary.
