Online Fitness Classes for Moms and Teens
Weekday morning fitness classes taught by We Fit Moms Coach Lucie Murray combine cardio, strength work, and flexibility and come to you via Zoom. Choose between one hour classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays or 30 minute no equipment workouts on Fridays
Strength, Cardio, Stretch – Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-9:30am
One hour class combining weights, core work, and stretching. Opportunity to focus on muscle groups, work on posture/form. You'll need hand weights (3, 5 or 8lb), foam yoga block, and mat. Great for an all over workout – opportunity to ask questions and get individual assistance with form or modifications.
Fit it in Friday 8:30-9am (30 minute class)
30 minute class is great for the time crunched (all levels welcome). No equipment necessary - just a beach towel or mat.
LOCATION: Classes are held on Zoom.us. You just need to download the app onto your phone, ipad, or computer and sign in a few minutes before class starts. Having your camera focused on you really helps me see your form and provide some personalized feedback.
COST – First class is FREE for new members! Simply choose the free trial class option and pay nothing. You'll receive an email from Lucie with the Zoom codes and details for class.

Prices are per household so you and your teen or spouse can do it together using the same log-in.
