Friday morning fitness classes taught by We Fit Moms Coach Lucie Murray combine cardio, strength work, and flexibility and come to you via Zoom.
FIT IT IN! Strength, Cardio, Stretch – Fridays 8:30-9:00am
30 minute class combining weights, core work, and stretching. Minimal equipment necessary - just 5-8 lb hand weights, beach towel or mat.
LOCATION: Classes are held on Zoom.us.
COST – First class is FREE for new members! Simply choose the free trial class option and pay nothing. You'll receive an email from Lucie with the Zoom codes and details for class.
