Games and Activities for Pods (up to 6 kids)
Coaches Karen and Lucie set up games and activities in your backyard. Activities develop strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health and are customized for younger children or teens while parents and guardians either focus on their own work or join in the fun. Sessions are 45 minute and can accommodate up to six children (depending on ages and available space).
We have a huge collection of portable games and equipment that allow children to practice balance, hand-eye coordination, gross motor skills, and friendly competition.
SAMPLE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
- Strength and fitness circuits
- Hula hoop games
- Throwing games like bean bag toss, catch, or basketball
- Kicking games such as soccer skills
- Bubble play
- Net games like Koosh ball tennis or beach ball volley
- Obstacle courses

- Foam building and climbing blocks
- Ping Pong
- Running/relay courses

- Scavenger hunts
- Playground games like red light/green light & freeze dance

Pop-Up Small Group Fitness Classes
We're setting up 45 minute PE style classes for children who need to get moving!! Games, drills, and skill-builders in a socially distanced format.
Wednesday, September 23
Shadow Ranch Park, West Hills - 4:00-4:45pm - Kids 4-10 years
Saturday, September 26
Serrania Park, Woodland Hills - 10-10:45am - Kids 4-10 years

$20 per child (if registering 2 or more siblings for the same class, please use the coupon code SIBLING for 10% off)
Space is limited and classes must be paid for at time of registration. If the class is full but you would like to be added to a waitlist, please click here.
There are no refunds. In the event of illness, please inform us at least 24 hours prior and we will credit you for a future class.
You will receive an email at least 2 days prior to the class with information about what to bring, where to go, and what to expect!

Kids Run Virtual Training
Train for a 1 Mile Run on Halloween!*

- Gradual distance increases to reach a mile by October 31

*LA residents, you and your kids can join us for a 1 mile run on Halloween in Griffith Park - costumes are welcome - or do your own Kids Run wherever you live and play!
