ANYWHERE: whether you are staying close to home because of health concerns, are traveling for the summer, or you just can't leave the kids alone - your fitness routine shouldn't suffer. With workouts on Zoom, you can join in from any location (home, in your local park, or on the road).
ANYTIME: tune in live at 7:30am and ask questions during or after the workout or log in when it's convenient for you - even a few days later.
ANY MOM: whether you are super active or just starting a workout routine, these customizable exercises are for great for any fitness level. The coach will be available for 10 minutes prior to class to answer questions about form, modifications, or goal setting.
SCHEDULE/DATES: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from June 15 to June 26 there will be a 30 minute live workout via Zoom. Class will "open" at 7:20 for 1:1 questions/coaching then the workout will be a non-stop half hour that will focus on upper body & abs (Monday), lower body and abs (Wednesday), abs and foam roller (Friday). After the class, the recordings will be posted on our private web page for the week so you can do them on your own time or revisit them.
EQUIPMENT: You'll need a mat, a set of hand weights (3, 5, or 8 lbs), and a foam roller (preferably 36").
FEE: This June session is a pilot program that will be just $10 for the full 2 weeks (6 workouts). You must sign a waiver and pay via Venmo on or before June 15.

WHAT TO DO/BRING/WEAR
Download and complete the health history form, general liability waiver and COVID-19 waiver before your first practice.
Wear comfortable shoes and athletic clothes. Bring water to carry with you. A digital watch is also recommended.
